
STRABISMUS COURSE
Our Strabismus hands-on training program is designed for ophthalmologists who want to gain practical surgical experience and refine their understanding of ocular motility disorders. The course combines a comprehensive theoretical foundation with real surgical exposure under expert supervision.

Training covers both basic and advanced procedures, customized according to the candidate's background.

The number of cases depends on trainee level of skill (from 5 to 10 cases per week), with emphasis on quality, understanding, and confidence building.
Techniques Covered:

Recession and resection of extraocular muscles.

Plication and transposition techniques.

Adjustable sutures and postoperative alignment adjustments.

Management of congenital, paralytic, and acquired strabismus.

Preoperative measurement forced duction testing, and postoperative evaluation.
