Surgical Experience​

The course begins with an introductory session on the first day, where key surgical concepts and techniques are reviewed.
Participants then start with a supervised surgical case to assess their current skill level. Based on this assessment, training is tailored individually, allowing each participant to progress step by step toward performing complete procedures with increasing confidence.
Throughout the course, a structured surgical plan is organized according to the participant's duration of stay, ensuring optimal exposure and gradual skill development.
Patient safety is our highest priority. All procedures are closely supervised by experienced consultants to ensure safe and controlled learning.
In selected situations, participants may also gain exposure to the management of intraoperative challenges under direct expert guidance, providing valuable real-world learning experience.
